PILATES MAT

Classes are designed for most abilities.  You will have fun, get to know your body and the way it works in a way that may surprise you.  Working through the classical repertoire that Joseph Pilates developed as well as many other movements you will begin to feel stronger, longer and more flexible.  Many client say that once they start a Pilates class they know they can never stop because of the benefits it brings them.

GENTLE PILATES MAT

Classes are designed for those who would like to move a little slower and who would like to focus particularly on moving in their day to day lives in a useful and functional way.  Also, great if you are re-habilitating from injury or illness.

REFORMER SESSIONS

Working in very small groups of a maximum of 3 you will be challenged on this fantastic piece of equipment.  Ropes and springs provide resistance and feedback

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Bespoke for you, we work on a 1:1 or 1:2 basis and that means eyes just on you for a full 60 minutes.  Using all four pieces of the studio equipment, reformer, cadillac, wonder chair and ladder barrell, the session is tailored to what your body needs on that day.

HEALTHY BACKS

Classes are designed for those who have back issues and are looking to increase strength and flexibility.  Classes are designed for a maximum of 10 to allow for lots of attention to detail.

YOGA

Work through some classical yoga sequences, breathe well and enjoy what may be a challenging class with lots of options for all abilities.

Dance Class

DANCE FOR STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY

If you would like to be challenged in your movement practice and get out of breath, this is the class for you.

DANCERCISE FOR FITNESS

A general and fun class for all abilities to improve fitness levels.
