Our upcoming Meditation & Relaxation Evenings take place in the studio, from 7.30-9.00pm.  Autumn dates include:

Why do we need to practice relaxing?

In our fast-paced modern lives, we are hearing more and more that problems with our health can be attributed in part to stress. Learning to relax is not only deeply nourishing and enjoyable but can also give us great health benefits.

During the session you will practice and learn breathing techniques which help to trigger the body’s natural relaxation response. We will explore the ancient and gentle movement of Qi Gung to release tired and stressed muscles and rebalance your body’s natural energy system. The use of meditation tools will help to quieten your mind and your session will end with a deep guided relaxation.
